Overview
Again, this password manager offers many of the important features that we value. We like the convenience of the drop down menus and the encryption to keep stored passwords completely secure. However, we feel that this software lacks in the area of form completion for those long registration forms. A program like RoboForm can offer more in terms of form filling and password management.
Installation and Setup
We didn’t have any problems installing this product.
Usability
As we already mentioned TurboPasswords is particularly usable with easy access to the program from drop down menus in your browser. One inconvenient element of TurboPasswords is that once you sign in to a new account the program does not automatically recognize that new login information and passwords are being generated. You must remember to put the newly registered information into your Password Manager software. An automatic prompt upon these occasions would have been a preferred benefit for the user.
Customer Support
Turbo Passwords has an FAQ section with some extensive knowledge. We didn't find a phone or email support contact however, which may be inconvenient for users who prefer direct contact with technical support. A helpful tutorial from the website is offered.
Summary
Overall, TurboPasswords is an effective product for managing your passwords. You'll be able to organize them, create new and highly secure passwords and you can be sure they will stay under lock and key. This product would be most ideal for the user of a palm or PDA. Some aspects of this product are less convenient for the home user, though.
