This Password Manager is heavy on the password memory features, but light on the Automated Form Completion aspects. This product helps organize passwords, generate secure passwords and apply them to the right fields.
Detailed Review of Password Commander Professional
Overview
Password Commander Professional excels as a password manager, but it falls flat in other important areas. While we appreciate the password generator, highly secure encryption and ability to store passwords on a flash drive, we really wanted more form filling features. Not only is password memorization for a user time-consuming, but completing long registration forms is a chore, and most users find an auto-form-completion package to be incredibly convenient. Other products like RoboForm combine a great password manager with form filling options.
Installation and Setup
We had no problem installing this software.
Usability
We would have preferred the advanced features to be easier to access.
Customer Support
Password Commander offers email support as well as an FAQ section. The FAQ's were moderately helpful. A phone number for technical support is not offered which is a downside for our reviewers.
Summary
Password Commander offers a strong set of features for password management, but they lack in the area of form filling. There are other products that excel in both areas. You will find a better value with our top picks.
