Overview
Again, this password manager offers many of the important features that we value. We like the convenience of the drop down menus and the encryption to keep stored passwords completely secure. However, we feel that this software lacks in the area of form completion for those long registration forms. A program like RoboForm can offer more in terms of form filling and password management.
Installation and Setup
We didn’t have any problems installing this product.
Usability
HandyPasswords is easy to use with access to the program from drop down menus in your browser. The password management features are very nice, with great organization and password generation.
Customer Support
HandyPasswords offers an FAQ section, online support and an email contact. Our reviewers were impressed with the comprehensive help offered. The responses were prompt and knowledgeable to our inquiries.
Summary
HandyPasswords deserves a spot in the top three for it's overall performance with password organization and form filling. However, a more developed feature set could be offered, especially in the area of password encryption and management.
